Inviting Atmosphere!

Very inviting atmosphere, warm and cozy. The staff was very welcoming, efficient and highly competent explaining everything that was to occur and answering my questions along the way. Dr. Levi was outstanding! She genuinely cared about my good health sharing anecdotal information throughout my time with her. I am confident she will be able to treat and correct my issues. I was treated like a highly favored guest of honor the entire visit. To top things off, I was provided a goodie bag at the end of my session. I very nice touch!

Great Care For Kids

Very Caring Staff and Doctor

As always, we were greeted promptly and friendly. Of course, now the greeting is with a thermometer as Dr Levi and staff are following all the CDC rules to keep us safe. Everything is wiped down between patients. And the treatment is administered by very caring staff and a very caring Dr Levi.

At Optimal Care, you are treated and valued as family. Why is or should this be important? Because I have found that many medical professionals do not care about you or your health personally. They care about their bottom line; receiving revenue. Receiving revenue and making a living are important, but there should also be some balance.
